Showed home in 2012 in Carlton, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34986.
I met with Sarah back in Feb.2012. I found her on line, and asked if she would be willing to take me around and show me homes in the Port St.Lucie area. My husband and I are looking to relocate once he retires. I explained to her we were in the "investigating" stage because we're not sure what area we want to live in. Sarah spent an entire day with me knowing I wasn't ready to buy at that time. She showed me around and treated me as if I was a "Cash" customer, ready to buy at that moment. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable and one of the most pleasant realtors I ever had the pleasure of working with.We have been keeping in touch ever since and she continues to provide me with whatever information I need. She is the only realtor I plan on dealing with on my next trip back. I just referred her to a family friend who will be looking in that area also. She knows how to make a stressful adventure extremely pleasant. Sarah went above and beyond any realtor I have ever met. Until I make my transition from NY to Florida, I consider Sarah "my: realtor. Thank you Sarah for all you've been doing for me.

Sold a Condo home in 2013 in Fort Pierce, FL.
I enjoyed having Sarah as my realty rep. She would keep me informed as to what was going on and the progress that was being made. Being an out of town owner was not easy. Sarah made it possible our property to be made available and in tip top condition. Because of the market down time, it took a while for our place to be sold. I can honestly say that Sarah was strong throughout and made sure all possible buyers had an opportunity to look and see our place. In the end she found the perfect fit for buyer and seller. I do believe that when all was said and done, both side were pleased with results. I credit Sarah making it all happen. When i am ready to look into more property, i will, without hesitation, call upon Sarah to be my agent. I believe her to be honest, hard working, knowledgeable, and have her clients best interest at all times. I highly recommend Sarah, it was a pleasure dealing with this outstanding person.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in Port St Lucie, FL.
My sister and I had been looking for a home to retire to and we just happen to come across Sarah Taylor in 2010. She was absolutely terrific. She spent a lot of time taking us around the area to find what we were looking for. We had been looking at different areas throughout all of Florida; but when we found Port Saint Lucie and had Sarah's help, our decision was made easy. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $100K in Port St Lucie, FL.
The home I purchased was out of state. Therefore most of our communication had to be done by internet. Sarah provided me with all the information I needed at all times plus she was readily available by phone. She went to one property took a video and sent it to me. Sarah was very knowledgeable of the area and very helpful in providing me with local information I needed regarding utilities, taxes etc. Her help to me was well above what I expected. I will most definitely recommend her services.

Sara Taylor is absolutely terrific. Best realtor I have ever worked with. She is easy to work with, conscientious and knowledgeable. She also knows the Port Saint Lucie area well. Buying a short sale can be stressful. She kept me informed throughout the entire process and helped me find good people to fix up the place after closing. What I also really appreciated was that even though the property I bought was not very expensive I got really good service.
