Sold a home in 2012.
I have known Sarah for several years as she was the realtor for a close friend. When I was needing assistance in purchasing and selling property Sarah is who I called. The entire process of buying and selling properties was made as plesant and simple as anyone could hope for. If I need a realtor again Sarah is who I will call.

Susan did a great job and made the process so much fun. I wanted a safe neighborhood on a tight budget. The house Susan found me was perfect and it was one of a kind. She just made everything so easy. I would definitely recommend her and I know if I buy another house that she will be the one I go to. And she will be an ongoing source to advise me on improvements that will add value to the house.

Sold a home in 2012.
This was a particularly difficult transaction, with several speed bumps along the way due to a difficult buyer. Despite that fact, Susan was able to smoothly transition us from the home that we were selling and into a new home in record time. We appreciate her hard work, dedication, and good attitude throughout the entire process. She even helped us move on the final day and went back in while my husband and I were in closing to sweep the old house because we ran out of time. Thanks so much Susan! You’re the best!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $400K in Choctaw, OK.
I have to say these are two of the sweetest and best people I have ever met! This was my first home buying experience and they made it so easy. I am hard to please and had no idea where I wanted to live. They were so patient and never said a word on showing me a million houses (okay it felt like that!) nor did it matter the time they always made time for me. If you are looking to buy I totally reccomend the Planer group! Plus they have made very good friends that I always hope to keep!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Choctaw, OK.
We have worked with Sarah & Susan buying and selling our last house. Susan did a great job taking care of us and selling our home. Susan kept us informed as things progressed on the sale, most of the time, we were in another state and never worried as we knew Susan had things under control. We would recommend Susan and Sarah to anyone buying or selling their home.

Susan was a fun agent. She helped us find the perfect house. She is friendly and helpful. We closed on Halloween and she showed up in costume to the closing.

We were buying in Oklahoma but started shopping while we still lived in Colorado, She went and took pictures for us and emailed them to us.. above and beyond customer service!
