After an unsuccessful attempt to sell our with another agent in 2009, we chose Lexie because she specializes in our area and type of neighborhood. She started with a bang, suggesting who was (and wasn't) the type of buyer who would be interested. She mapped out a clear marketing plan, helped us set a price that took account of a very challenging market but didn't give the house away, set a schedule to maximize the impact of then-current buyer incentives, and aggressively sought buyers and buyer agents in our target demographic. It worked! Lexie then found us specialists who could respond rapidly, effectively, and economically to the repair and improvement demands of our buyers. Almost a year after the sale, when I came up short on some paperwork I needed for taxes, Lexie got me the documents I needed in less than 12 hours.
