Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Richmond Hill, GA.
What a fantastic group of ladies!!! So helpful from the first time I called the office until the sale was final. Kim, Emily and Melissa are some of the most professional and fun realtors I have ever met. We were trying to sell our house rather quickly due to needing to relocate for a job. I had NO IDEA what I was doing so they helped me every step of the way. They helped with staging and gave me a run down on what I could expect from the market in the area. These ladies REALLY know their stuff. So glad to have found them and will definately use them again once we come back to this area to buy. Highly recommend them!!!

Kim and Emily are top notch realtors, and I was very pleased they represented me in the sale of my home. Kim and Emily are very professional and work hard for thier clients. I would recommend Kim and Emily to my friends family and all who reside in the Savannah Pooler area.
Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Savannah, GA.
Words cannot describe the wonderful experience I had with Emily and Kim. They were knowledgeable, professional, responded very quickly, and handled negotiations on my behalf without any problems. My house sold faster than I ever could have imagined. I have sold properties in the past, but this was the best experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this group for any real estate ventures.
We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Richmond Hill, GA
Started off very good, very helpful and receptive. We provided K.Goode a very specfic list of homes and comments hoping that it would give her an idea of what we were looking for. Arranged to meet based on her schedule, drove 700 miles, contacted her by phone and left a message 2 days prior to the meet in Richmond Hill, advised her we were in town. Asked her to return my call. She didn't. Attempted to reach her via phone over the next 2 days. Approx 5 calls. Never responded, nor did the "team". The morning we were suppose to meet her in RH, she emailed my work 700 miles away and said that she was going out of town that afternoon, could we meet at 2:30 on her way out of town. We had already agreed to meet in the morning. I find this to be poor customer service, and unprofessional. A true professional would have anwered the phone, or returned the call, or would have called and rescheduled. In her defense, this was around the holidays, and I do realize it was a bad time to be looking at homes, however, she should have said something about it. her comment was, thats part of the job, working around the holidays. We would have been willing to wait. After being stood up. We contacted a Realtor in Brunswick, whom took care of everything, and we put under contract a waterfront home that afternoon. Once I returned to wk, and found the email, i responded saying that we had already agreed to meet that morning, and that we were forced to choose another realtor, but I still didn't get a response. Personally, i wouldn't waste my time, too many other realtors in the biz, her time was more important than ours.
Due to an out of state employment transfer, my husband and I needed to sell our home in a depressed market over the holiday season quickly, a daunting task. We prepped and staged the house to be show ready and interviewed listing realtors in mid October 2011. Having already done our research, we knew where we needed to be priced to get showings and offers. In our CMA, Kim and Emily were spot on with comps, marketing and area activity. The minute Emily quoted the exact number I had in mind, I knew I had found the realty team for us. They use today's cutting edge marketing approaches and work with the sellers to get the best visibility for your home. We had over 25 showings easily, That's not including one broker's open house and a buyer's open house. We accepted a a "goode" offer early in January 2012 and could now move to our new home out of state. My husband and I have already recommended them to others in the Savanah area who are serious about selling their home to contact them. HIGHLY recommend this dynamic team.
We bought our home with the help of Kim and Emily in August 2011. Since we are not from the area, nor have we lived here before, I had to ask lots of questions to guide us into an area we would be happy with. I expressed our concerns and desires to Kim, as she was our primary Realtor. She was extremely helpful and patient. She showed us homes that met the criteria and price range we were interested in. In the event that Kim was unavailable, Emily was right there to show properties and answer questions. With their help we were able to find the home we were looking for. I believe both Kim and Emily possess the skills needed to help anyone find the home of their dreams.
Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Guyton, GA.
We had the pleasure of working with Kim and Emily when we were searching for our 1st home this past year. They were amazing, patient and extremely helpful especially since alot of searching and paperwork took place online while my husband and I were stationed at Ft Riley Ks. They were able to answer our questions and helped us move through the home buying process with ease. I highly recommend that anyone looking at buying a house in the near future to contact these two women!
