Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Carrie goes beyond our expectations of a realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area. She is very friendly and approachable while still giving the confidence of being "all about business." I feel more educated as a buyer and am able to make decisions with confidence. Carrie takes charge of every aspect of the transaction in order to ensure everything goes smoothly. Her knowledge of the local market, her expertise with transactions, and her immediate understanding our our needs made the process far more efficient than it would have been with other realtors.

I used Carrie to sell my home in Maple Grove MN when moving back to WI for a work relocation. This was in the late summer of 2008. I had met her as a favorite pas time was going to open houses. I will say, it was all about business. But professional every step of the way, and the most important thing to me. The result. At the height of the housing crash she sold my home in 30 days. A solid offer with a solid buyer, and a deal that was locked up solid from day one. Even got a Favre jersey from her at closing. If and when i move back that way, she is the absolute first call I will make. She KNOWS the Maple Grove market like no other realtor in the area.…More Less
