Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Crestline, CA.
Diane is helping us with a short sale transaction. We have never bought a house through such a procedure. She is guiding us through each step and honestly explaining the possible outcome(s). I feel that I can call her anytime and she responds in less than 24 hours. She keeps in constant contact with the listing agent to let the agent know of our concerns and progress. We contacted several other buyers agents but they refused to work with us unless we had cash to make a quick transaction. Diane was eager to work with us even though we were traditional buyers and planned to secure a loan. She treats us with dignity and respects our financial concerns.

Bought a home in 2011.
Diane did a great job for us, she did her homework before she took us to see a home, and looked for what we wanted. She gave her personal opinion but never pressured us. She was on our side the whole way thru, it was a comfort for a first time buyer.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Crestline, CA.
WE have found Diane to be an exceptional realtor, and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! Diane seems to have all knowledge needed to successfully initiate any buying or selling of a home. She is very quick to respond to any need or request concerning the needs at hand and great at followthrough. Diane is very thorough in communicating and follow up with paper work or documents needed to be signed etc. I would not hesitate to recommend her and know she will do a great job for us, her concerns for her clients best is at hand!
