Sold a Mobile / Manufactured home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Edgewood, NM.
We first met Kara in 2010, when we put our house on the market for the first time. We desired a Christian realtor and God surely answered our prayers in many ways through Kara.
When we first put our home on the market our family was in the process of moving to Cameroon, Africa. We were in need of selling our home to expedite our plans.
The market was not moving, and we eventually found temporary renters for our home…but, before we left the country, we set things up with Kara to be ready to put our house back on the market once the lease with our renters expired.
What a relief it was to be leaving the country with Kara holding all our papers! (We couldn’t trust just anybody to do that!) She took a great weight off our shoulders and worry off our minds. She has not only been a super competent realtor for us, she has also been a wonderful friend to our whole family.
So now, here we are in Africa, needing to put our house back on the market! Kara was true to her word! She took care of everything! Our communication with her was through email, and she also worked through our son in the states and my husband’s brother to get everything ready for the second time we put our house on the market! This time around, our house sold within 2 weeks of being on the market and closing took place within 2 months! It was AMAZING!
We trusted Kara to handle these things for us completely and she surpassed all our expectations with flying colors! We would describe Kara as enthusiastically doing her work with highest integrity and dependability to honor Jesus Christ! We praise God for Kara!

Bought a home in 2012.
I would give Kara more stars if they were available. I chose Kara because of her glowing reviews. If anything, they were understated. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Kara is a joy to work with and makes you immediately feel like a long lost friend. She will be receiving an invitation to our first cookout!
She has met us at the house we are buying numerous times and has always been completely accomodating. She is very knowledgable and my husband and I both have complete confidence in the information and advice she has given us. I would advise anyone that is looking for a realtor to give Kara a call. I promise you won't be sorry.
