Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Huntington Beach, CA.Summary:
Scot is the consummate professional. Although I was constantly on business travel and selling my Condo from 2,000 miles away, Scot could not have handled the sale better. The real estate market was challenging, but Scot did not give up and hung with me until the unit was sold. I can not give anyone a higher rating than the 5 stars I have given Scot.

Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Scot did an excellent job in selling our home despite a slow and difficult market. His professional style and many years of experience were critical in pricing & marketing the asset and navigating a successful close. I highly recommend Scot to anyone selling a home in the Huntington Beach area.

Sold a home in 2005.Summary:
Scot Cambell has proven to me...that he is there for you long after you have closed. I have completed multiple real estate transactions with him and his office staff.
He is very knowledgable about inventory on the market,as well as defining clearly what your needs are for the presant as well as your future needs. If, your buying one home or investment property, he is a great source for advise and explaining what and how you are able to use properties to maximize your investment. All this is due to the longevity he has in the business of real estate .
He just recently helped put together a team that helped me solve a real estate issue. So..he is a realtor that won't forget about you once your closed and moved into your new home. He will be there for you long after you close
I wouldn't dream of using or recommending anyone else. I have used him for several years the last being 2005. I still feel welcomed and greeted as if I were coming in to use his services, whenever I stop into his office.
Scot is a man of integrity ,so, if your selling or buying, I highly recommend him and his office staff.

Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
My husband and I are pretty far from the "ideal buyers", having given Scot a pretty long wish list for a very short budget. Scot exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds, going above and beyond to find us the perfect home, within our budget, meeting exactly the description we gave to him a few short months ago. He has been patient and professional, and his personal level of service is outstanding. You will not regret working with Scot as either a buyer or a seller, because you will always feel like you are "in the know" and in very capable hands.

We just sold our rental property in Huntington Beach and I used Scot Campbell as our agent. It took only a few couple of months to sell our house.

Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $525K in Huntington Beach, CA.Summary:
Dealing with Scot Campbell, in a word, is seamless. He provided the most excellent service I have ever received in a property sales transaction. I hired Scot as my listing agent for my condo in downtown Huntington Beach. It immediately went into escrow and that is usually when the listing agent stops working. Not Scot. He was hands on with every single detail that needed to be done through closing. His team of people working with him are friendly and experienced in getting the deal closed, and fast. My condo closed in 34 days from listing date through the close of escrow and I got close to asking price. Don't be fooled into dealing with your "realtor friends" who need a listing. In this marketplace, do yourself a favor and deal with a true expert who knows the territory and knows exactly what it takes to get the escrow closed. It was a pleasure working with Scot and he is also a very nice person to deal with.

Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Scot is a very warm and friendly person. He is ethical and professional yet not arrogant. These traits are rare amongst realtors. Scot treats each person as his most valued client. We have purchased and sold real estate with Scot for nearly ten years. We will continue to use Scot in the future.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $750K in Huntington Beach, CA.Summary:
I have known Scott Campbell for 4 years. I have had 10 purchases and 10 sales in the past 10 years. I would have had more but my wife put a stop to it. This is what my family did as I was growing up. Total moves 30-40. I personally had my real estate license at the age of 19. Needless to say I have alot of experience with agents and brokers. Being an emergency room physician, I am conditioned to get results quickly and I dont want any delays or excuses. I live in Huntington Beach and have lived in the costal communities since 1993. I have lived in Seal Beach, Newport, Huntington, Sunset, Manhattan and Hermosa and others. Home owner since 1997. I was doing great with my own plan on realtor.com, homeseekers etc. until 2006 and everything got turned around. I researched agents between Manhattan Beach and San Diego. It sounded too good to be true. Scott said he could help me find a place and didnt pressure me. I wanted to meet him. It was a down to earth experience. His whole team was extremely educated and professional. The true test was when I walked in the office in sweats and unshaven. It didnt make any difference in the way I was treated. He had no idea who I was. He didnt ask for any promises, commitment, or any paper work to prove I was prequalified. It was great because I knew who he was but he had no idea who I was. He treated me with complete respect.
It appeared that Scott knew everyone and he would get listings regularly. He knew people at the banks and was familiar with short sales, foreclosures and bank owned properties. I felt like I was missing out on great opportunities to purchase, invest, flip or live in. I wanted a part of it. If I told Scott I wanted a tear down or duplex, he would deliver. I still cant figure out how. This is what he does for a living, full time. It isn't a part time job like many other realtors. His history and statistics speak for itself. I purchased a house on the 9th St. Huntington Beach from Scott in 2007. I then sold another in 2010 in 22 days for a great price. This was a over a million dollars. He made a brochure that was like art work. There was no nickle and diming me on costs, broker fees. Everything was in writing without pressure to use any particular bank or escrow. In closing, he is one of the most ethical realtors/brokers I have met and very friendly. What is remarkable is that I made another investment without Scott and he was genuinely happy for my family and I. He will for sure have my business in the future, I highly recommend Scott Cambell without reservation.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $1.375M in Huntington Beach, CA.Summary:
Through looking for a property in Huntington Harbor for years, I came across alot of agents. By far, none of them came even close to the individual service you get from Scot Campbell. He is very understanding, and listens to your concerns and wishes when finding a propertyfor you. He is very family oriented and it clearly shows that he is there to make yourn family achieve their dream of homeownership. He really gets to know you which I found key to finding our dream property. If you really want individual attention and somebody you can count on he is your agent

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $700K in Huntington Beach, CA.Summary:
We have worked with Scot for the purchase of our last two homes and the sale of another. His knowledge of the his service areas, the market, as well as the overall process is excellent. He is always very responsive. With Scot's help, we were able to purchase the home of our dreams, at the best possible price. Scot and his team made the stress of selling and buying a new home an enjoyable experience. I would highley recommend Scot to my family or any of my closest friends.
