Send me an email and I'll send over a list of typical costs, amounts, etc. I tried to type them in here but "far" exceeded the 2,000 character limit that is allowed....ha. I have an office in Noblesville and would be happy to help. And, I'm happy to just send over the "typical costs" sheet I have.
It shows that it was pended on 1/4/2010 and was set to close on 4/4/2010. But, they have not updated the BLC records if it did close. I'd be happy to do a little more research for you and see if their buyer lost financing or something. I'd also be happy to do a search for similar homes. Send me an email or give me a call any time. 317.645.4444, Ext. 201. (yes, that looked like a good price)Scott
I'm not sure of the price when it was first built, but it was listed in October of 2003 for $110,000, expired and then listed again and sold on 8/27/2004 for $108,900. It most recently was listed but expired a few days ago for $109,000. The current tax value is $97,600. If you would like for me to make an inquiry on your behalf, I'd be happy to do so.
This home is not for sale by a Realtor in or maket, or at least it is not listed in the BLC/MLS. Let me know if you need help with any other research. I'd be happy to help.Scott
Looks like you are looking for HUD homes in Florida? I'm not a Florida broker, but if I was, I'd be all over helping you out. Here is how you can do some research:Look for homes by yourself w/o an agent here:http://hud1.towerauction.net/FL.htmOnce you find a home, you can find a HUD registered agent in your area here:http://hud1.towerauction.net/e9/broker/FL.htmBest of luck. If you have a question, I'd be happy to help out from afar!Scott
