    Bought a Single Family home in 2003 in Avondale, AZ.
    When I bought my first house I was 21 and didnt really know how the whole process worked. Scott was extremely patient with me and always got back to me in a timely matter when he wasnt able to answer the phone. He was very informative answering all my questions and listened to the needs I had for the house I wanted. He only showed me the houses that had all the aspects and price range I was looking for. He made my experience very stress free, I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants a realtor who actually listens and who will always be in touch.  MoreLess

    Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Mesa, AZ.
    Scott Garland was extremely professional, direct, responsive, and helpful in both helping me find and buy my new house and helping me in listing and selling my old house. In purchasing my new house, he stuck with me while I looked and looked for the right house, answering my questions and supporting me in understanding the process of purchasing a short sale. I am so happy with my new home.

    In selling my old house, I trusted his judgement on the listing price and had 6 offers, many above asking price, within 48 hours of listing the home. I will definitely use Scott as my real estate agent in the future (although I plan to stay in my new home for years, I love it!) and have already referred friends to Scott Garland.
