We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in NY
Contacted Scott for buying a house,
He immediately disregarded our plan to offer and tried to discourage us from buying the house due to its poor condition, said the house has been sitting there forever and no one would buy it . He also promised one loan associate he knows to give us a call and nobody did. Four days later, after we got aproved for a mortgage on from our own bank, we come back to him and he wont even show us the house because now it has 3 Offers!
Unbelievable!, He sounds too nice, He ultimately can't care less.…MoreLess

I informed the buyer that it needed to be a Cash sale because there where holes in the roof and no power or water on. I offered to show him the house. I apologize the loan officer didn't call him. I also offerd to show him different homes.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Watertown, NY.
