Scott is very professional, thorough and honest in his dealings with clients. You can count on him to be available for questions, be timely in responses,and handle all issues with the sale quickly and with expertise. I have used Scott for several sales personally and have recommended him to family and friends. I would highly recommend Scott for your real estate needs.

Scott listed our house and sold it in 2 weeks. Very professional and stuck with us thru the entire selling/closing process. We have bot and sold 7 homes over the last 30 years and Scott was at the very top of all the real estate professionals we have dealt with over the years.

I have known and worked with Scott for over 7 years. He has worked with me to buy 2 homes and sell one. Scott goes above and beyond in all aspects of real estate transactions from showing homes to closing and ensuring everything is taken care of in between. I would not consider using another realtor. Scott is a real professional and truly good person.

Bought a home in 2012.
Scott Hagar was our real estate professional in the purchase of 26 acres of land without buildings in February,2012. Scott and I worked together for 4 years. Scott is a valuable expert in his field.... from showing real estate to the negotiations and final purchasing of property. If he doesn't know the answer to your questions....he will find the answer and get back to you in a timely manner. He allows you to have your opinions and does not try to push his...if he disagrees. He has good points to consider concerning the pro's and con's during the entire process. He listens carefully to what is important to you and works hard to try to find a close fit. He is very knowledgeable about his field and has excellent advise and guidance through out the entire process of looking, price negotiations and final sale. He is very diligent and timely in his follow-up and follow-through. He is a hard worker and will keep you involved in the process from start to finish.
Should you decide to use Scott as your real estate agent, I'm confident you will not regret your choice. He has a great work ethic and will work hard to help you find the property of your dreams! THANKS Scott!

Scott truly put our interests ahead of everything during this process. He kept us in the loop at all times and was timely when needed. He continued to check in on us even after the deals were done. Scott knows the rules and knows how to get the most for your money in your home. Highly recommended.

My experience with Scott Hagar was above and beyond what one would expect from a real estate agent professional. Having been first-time home buyers, Scott was patient and informative, honest and trustworthy in every aspect, helping us find our first home. Scott seemed to always be "on call" no matter what time of day we stumbled upon a house we were interested in and he was able to explain in detail of the house we searched . Once we had located the home of our dreams, Mr. Hagar answered any and all questions with a vast knowledge of the housing industry. Not only did he show up to all inspections, he made sure things checked out and were in working order. When it came to negotiation time, Scott was swift and firm with the sellers, working us the best deal possible. Overall, I am extremely impressed and overly satisfied with Scott Hagar's performance and would absolutely refer Scott to anyone looking for a home!

Sold a home in 2011.
Scott is more than an agent. He goes above and beyond. His kindness and extra effort is beyond compare. Scott becomes an advocate that you can trust for help, suggestions and advice. But more than that, he becomes your friend. I bought my house with Scott's help and then several years later, called him again when it was time to sell. Amazing service both times. Scott gets the job done! Proceed with full confidence!

As a home rehab specialist - I have to rely on my realtors when I finish a home.... I changed to Scott in 2011 from a different agency.... and have been impressed with his knowledge, skills, and marketing. Scott stays in touch - provides frequent updates - and provides confidence to the home seller.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Fenton, MO.
Scott and Lauren were wonderful! My fiance and I were relocating from out of state and they made the process seamless. Had I known that buying a house was so easy we would have done it a long time ago. Scott was very responsive - even when he was on vacation - because he knew I was worried about the process. I would recommend this team to anyone.
