Carol and I both agree that you have given us listings of houses for sale that met the criterion that we specified. You did not forward to us tons of listings that did not meet the requirements that we wanted in a new house, and that saved us considerable time. Also, Carol felt that Lisa provided very good feedback on a woman’s point of view of what was needed in a house.
Some Realtors come across very strong and they leave the impression that they are more interested in making the sale then considering the buyers desires. We never felt that we were being pushed into a sale, and that allowed us to be confident in what you provided to us in terms of both positive and negative points.
We never experienced any last minute issues. You kept us informed of upcoming events and we thank you for your thoroughness and professional actions.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Horsham, PA.
Scott and Lisa are a dynamic duo! We received great service from them from start to finish. We listed our house in March 2013, received an offer the first day, which we accepted. We put an offer in on a house that same week, which was accepted. Yes, in one week, we sold one house and bought another. It was easier than I thought possible. They knew the area we were buying/selling in, showed us houses that were just what we were looking for and we felt that no time was wasted. Scott suggested adding items to the agreement of sale that we never thought of and now we're so grateful for his experience because we needed the warranty he had included in the agreement. Lisa's schedule was so flexible in showing us homes, the process was relatively stress free. We'd recommend them to anyone we know and would certainly use them again in the future!

Lisa assisted us with our relocation to Pennslyvannia. She was warm and inviting and enjoyed showing us the area. We are very happy in our new place and have Lisa to thank for it.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Harleysville, PA.
Because of their relationship with members of my family, Lisa and Scott were able to find just the house I needed in very short order. They made more than the usual trips to let us double-check the house and more and were able to recommend local service people to bring the house up to snuff evere. They are outstanding and caring members of the profession and I recommend them unreservedly

Explained the process of purchasing a home in a way that enabled my son to feel confident about his decision to buy rather then to rent. Very friendly. Enjoyed working with them.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Richboro, PA.
My experience with Lisa and Scott Loper has always been outstanding. I have known them for the past 3 years and they have rented my property (twice) and also helped me in buying my own house. They are extremely knowledgable and helpful, they offer very useful and reliable advice, and for me, they have recommended trustworthy sources for other related activities (e.g., home inspector, mortgage broker, home remodeling, etc) that also provide high quality services.
