Scott helped us rent a house and then ultimately sell it. He has always been available to answer any questions I might have had. He even emailed us back while he was on a vacation which I really appreciated.
I feel he has not only met my expectations but exceeded them. His help and expertise was invaluable when we were short selling our townhouse. The process was very trying and times, but Scott made it work in the long run.
He has always been extremely professional and courteous towards us. I only wish we had met him earlier. He truly is an excellent agent.
I had contacted this agent and basically did his work for him providing him properties we were interested in. Agent only contacted me once when I had emailed several times. After sending HIM the two properties we were interested in, I then told him that I would send him more properties of the type of properties along with addresses we wanted to look at. This is a no-brainer to any agent since I have done the work for him. I sent him several properties asking him if we could set up a time and date to view the properties listed. This agent never emailed me back and never called me back. Foolish since he lost our business and we were willing to spend up $800,000 for a property. VERY foolish. Someone else got our business who was hungrier than he was for the commission.
