We recently sold our house in the neighborhood of Montibello with Scott. We can assure you that you will be doing yourself a disservice if you do not hire Scott to sell your house if you live in Montibello or anywhere in the South Park area.
He was outstanding from the beginning to the end of the process. From getting the house ready for listing, to pricing, to managing potential buyers, he and his team effectively managed the appraisal (comps in hand), the inspections, and repairs. We had our home on the market for almost a year with little success. We made the decision to change realtors, interviewed several and went with Scott Sadler. Scott did not lower our listing price, but instead stepped up the marketing. We had our home under contract within 60 days.
