Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $1025k in Myers Park, Charlotte, NC.Summary:
We had a very good experience with Scott. We were really unsure of what we wanted when we started the process and Scott was very patient. He showed us close to 90 houses, and it was very rare that he was not available to show us something on very short notice. He was always asking us what else we wanted to see and never seemed to get tired of the process eventhough it took several months and we changed criteria multiple times. There were a few bumps along the way, but I think most of that is what you would expect during the process. I would recommend Scott to others.…More Less

Scott worked with us for over two years in a very challenging market to finally sell our home at an excellent price. He provided strong guidance in reference to comps in the neighborhood, refusing to allow us to accept anything less than what was reasonable for the property. Both he and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, and guided us well through a very difficult process (including the addition of a bonus room to make the house more marketable).
