Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $650K in Rain Tree, Charlotte, NC.

Scott is the most talented, skillful and versatile agent that we have ever dealt with (after buying 3 homes and selling two within last twelve years). He provides a complete set of real estate services, has practical market insight that helps to know when and how to pull the trigger on the deal, and has phenomenal network of contacts across contractors and mortgage bankers. Scott helped us to successfully sell our home in the midst of the housing crisis and, most recently, helped us to close a deal selling our home, which was the most expensive house in our neighborhood.

Scott was very patient and diligent working with us to find the perfect home in the Charlotte area. He is incredibly knowledgeable and knows the market very well. He never pressured us into a purchase and was patient when our priorities changed. We truly enjoyed working with Scott and would recommend him to our friends!

Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Barclay Downs, Charlotte, NC.

Scott knows the south Charlotte area like no one else. And he's a great tactician and negotiator for his clients. Scott was quick to respond to our viewing request and diligent in all aspects of the purchase. We also used Scott to sell our current single family home in South Charlotte and was able to source numerous viewings with both his home-buying clients and other agents working in the area.

Bought a home in 2014.

If you are looking for a home in Charlotte, you must see Scott Sadler. He has been a resident of Charlotte for 30 years and is a wonderful agent. We came to Charlotte last April after I found a job here but weren't planning to move till October. Scott worked with us for an entire year until we found the home we wanted. He knows everything about all the neighborhoods in Charlotte and learned our likes, dislikes and expectations quickly. He always responded immediately to our texts or calls even when he was with other clients. My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Scott. Look no farther than Scott Sadler for your real estate needs.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $650K in Mountainbrook, Charlotte, NC.

Scott is knowledgeable about all things Charlotte. We were able to negotiate a great price on the home we were purchasing and were able to sell our old home in 10 days (for another great price)! He helped us through the entire process and was personally there for us every step of the way. Whether you are new to Charlotte or have lived here awhile, you want someone like Scott Sadler to represent you. He is one of the most respected realtors in Charlotte.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Tega Cay, SC.

Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, a pleasure to have him as our realtor. I understand totally why he was highly recommended to us. Worked expertly with buyer and provided us the opportunity to complete all paperwork via internet, including closing, as we were in middle of our move.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Montibello, Charlotte, NC.

No wonder Scott is a "Premier Agent" in Charlotte as he has the knowledge, drive, expertise, creative ideas for getting ones' house sold. Scott sold our house July of 2014 and was always there to advise on the current market as to whether price needed to be adjusted, how house should be staged, knowledge of current prices in neighbor, etc. Scott knew we didn't want to put alot of money into renovations and he worked with us on that. Scott knows all the homes that are on the market in various neighborhoods so when wanting to purchase a home, he is the best with knowing the area. I would never use another real estate agent other than Scott.....he's the best in Charlotte and has been doing this a number of years.

Showed home in 2014 in Providence Plantation, Charlotte, NC 28270.

My wife and I actually used Scott on two transactions. Our first involvement was nothing short of "absolutely professional." His strong representation was the reason why we saught him out to handle our second purchase. My wife found a Town Home in South Charlotte that she felt was ideal for us. That listing was through a competing agent. We asked Scott to handle the matter for us. The entire process went masterfully; due in large part from Scott being there for us. We would recommend Scott to anyone considering purchasing a new home.

We needed to list and sell FAST and Scott made that happen with ease!! This was our first listing and we were under heavy time constraints. Scott explained the process seamlessly and put all of our worries to rest. We could reach him day or night and he always responded efficiently. He and his associate were always friendly, respectful and professional. We would have no reservations using our recommending Scott and his services!
