Scott was able to obtain a higher selling price for our property than any other realter said was possible. In addition to marketing/selling the property, Scott provided an entire network of professionals to assist with preparation, packing and moving as we needed. Scott made the entire process very easy, efficient and effective.

This was our first home and we were also new to the Charlotte area. We were quite fortunate to find Scott to help us with our purchase. He knows all the various areas of Charlotte quite well as well as the schools. He was a good judge of us from the start and seemed to have a good sense of the home that would fit our needs. He even talked us out of more expensive homes, so I feel confident he had our best interests in mind at all times. He was great at pointing out little things and also discussing aspects down the line such as resale value in the future. We are extremely pleased with how Scott handled all aspects of our purchase. He was response whenever we needed him. We found a great home in the Belingrath/Southpark area.

We loved working with Scott. Not only did he help our initial home search smoothly by providing several well-picked options for us to visit, but he also worked diligently to help us close on our dream home in record time. From initial viewing to move-in: less than 9 weeks! His knowledge about real estate and market trends is invaluable, and he even introduced us to our new favorite restaurants in the area! If you're moving to the Charlotte area, there's no better choice than Scott.

Scott is a true real estate expert particularly in the South Charlotte area. He successfully represented the sale of my home in arguably one of the most difficult economies. You WILL NOT find anyone that responds faster to your emails, calls, or texts. Scott's allocation of resources to both new and traditional media helped reassure me that we were marketing my home to a wide array of potential customers. The custom website was phenomenal. Scott is a class act - a true real estate professional.

Calls were returned in a timely manner His confidence helped us be confident and realistic. His negotiation was terrific We consumated both the sell and the buy with a win/win feeling as both buyer and seller. 11/21/2012 - user719838Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Starmount Forest, Charlotte, NC.
I went to Scott after finding him on Zillow and gave him the requirements for the type of house and location I was looking for. He came back to me very quickly with a list of house that we visited on a Saturday and then narrowed it down to my top 3. we then went back to the top 3 and figured out which house was the one. Scott helped me find the perfect home for a first time buy and his knowledge of the area is second to none.

10/06/2012 - user7648466Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $475K in Sharon Woods, Charlotte, NC.
Scott provided excellent service, insight, and advice at every step of the way to represent us both in the sale of our home and the purchase of a nearby home. Scott is extremely attentive, on top of details, and is clearly well informed about important factors such as accurate home valuations and appropriate actions to take when marketing your home. His contact network of service providers (both financial and home improvement/repair) was execllent and many of these professionals still serve our family today. Scott was able to effectively and simultaneously negotiate two separate but complex transactions with the buyers of our home and with the sellers of the home we purchased. His professionalism, ethics, perspective, energy and experience are unmatched in our view. Scott succeeded for us when others were unsuccessful.

Scott helped us sell our house in Ballantyne area because we were trying to move closer into town. He got the best price possible for our home given the challenging market at the time. He then helped but our dream home in Royden in the Carmel Country Club area. We were blown away by his professionalism and his quick response to our calls, texts and emails. We have bought and sold 12 homes over the years and Scott is by far the Real Esate Broker we have done business with. If you are considering buying or selling in the Southpark / South Charlotte area, don't call anyone until you talk to Scott Sadler!
