Bought a home in 2011.
Scott Salalmon was very professional and helpful. He was very quick to respond to my questions and concerns and was very good in working with me through the whole process. I purchased a commercial building which included a rental unit so there were many different aspects to the buying process which he understood fully.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.
Scott is a beast. He helped me with everything from location of property, to estimated costs of repairs. He made my first home buying experience both fun and easy. I would recommend him to anyone in the entire state of ohio. Scott is superman.

Bought a home in 2011.
I am still working with Scott. We have had no real negotiations as of yet.
Scott is very patient, and conciderate of what I am looking for.
He is very prompt in responding to any questions I have.
I was quite impressed when he showed up to look at a property after an aweful storm in work boots, and walked it with me!
I would highly recommend Scott to anyone without hesitation.
