As a San Diego North County resident for 30 years, I specialize in helping families buy & sell real estate North of Interstate 8. While currently a resident of Scripps Ranch, I am very familiar with the outlying areas as well. In selling homes, I focus on creating a "specific" marketing plan for each individual property. This marketing plan takes into consideration preparation of the property, pricing, and timing. Each of these facets are very important in helping a seller obtain the best opportunity to receive top dollar for their home. Every home, and every situation is unique and deserves to be treated, and marketed with that "uniqueness" in mind.



In helping clients with buying a home, I research areas carefully and review comparable properties thoroughly to make sure my clients receive the best price for the desired home.
