Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $500K in Pinnacle Peak, Scottsdale, AZ.
After approximately four years of utter frustration with six totally inept and non-professional realtors (who basically did nothing to sell our house), we were told by a neighbor that we needed to talk to Scott.
From the very first meeting we felt Scott was very professional and knowledgeable and would represent our interests fairly and honestly.
We don’t know where, how, or to whom Scott advertised our home, but he was responsible for realtors bringing more people to view our house in six-months time than the other realtors were able to accomplish in four years COMBINED.
Scott is a very pleasant, honest, hard-working person who we highly recommend, and we would not hesitate to have him represent us again if we still lived in Arizona and needed to buy or sell another home.…More Less

When we spoke to Scott about selling our home his price was so much higher than the other agents we interviewed that we were honestly very concerned that he was wrong. He assured us that it was just that he understood the Terravita market better, so we listed at Scott’s price and sold it immediately for full price with exactly the terms we wanted.

Scott will look out for your best interest even above his own. When my husband died unexpectedly, I was extremely stressed out about having to sell my home myself. Scott and his team took over and made the entire process painless and easy. Scott listed my home for more than I suggested, and the house still sold very quickly. When the first offer came in I was very happy and twice instructed Scott to just accept the offer, but he was adamant that we could get more. I took his advice and, of course, he was right. We got more money for my home than I thought I would. The whole selling process was much faster and there was less hassle than I had ever dreamed of.
