Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $700K in San Diego, CA.
My husband and I owned a home on the north side of 4S Ranch in 2011 when we decided to relocate to another city. Our house was in the middle of a large group of short sales and regular sales, with nothing special to distinguish it. There were 3 other homes for sale just on our block.
Scott stepped in and helped us price the home to sell quickly. We moved our stuff out, swept the floor, handed Scott the keys and hopped in the car headed for our new town. Scott took care of EVERYTHING for us. He got the home ready to show, he found us 2 buyers within 2 weeks, and the home was in escrow not long after we put it on the market. We did all of the transaction remotely—neither my husband nor I had to fly back to handle anything, Scott did it all for us. It was a huge relief for us to have someone we trusted handling the sale of our home, so we could concentrate on finding a new place to live.
Overall, we were very impressed with the service Scott provided, and I would recommend him to anyone (and already have). He was always available whenever we had questions, always easy to deal with. He handled the negotiations outstandingly, even in the face of some unusual demands. He’s also local to the neighborhood, so he knows more about the 4S neighborhood than anyone. Sold a Condo home in 2007 for approximately $650K in San Diego, CA.
Scott has provided us real estate advice and guidance for over four years now. He listed and sold our home prior to our Navy transfer four years ago. We greatly appreciate the fact that not only did we have several offers within two week sof the listing, but that after the sale was final and we closed, Scott maintained contact with us throughout our next tour. We were hopeful of returning to the San Diego area and it was of great importance to us to keep an eye on the market. When we did receive the good news we would be returning, Scott was the first person we contacted. He has helped us with both the transition of leaving and that of returning. We will have Scott represent us as we continue to search for our retirement home as well.
Scott's professionalism, knowledge of the area and attention to detail is second to none. We've worked with many real estate agents in other parts of the country and have found Scott to be the best. We feel that with each decision he's helped us make, he's kept our best interests first and foremost.

Sold a home in 2010.
Scott and his team helped our family through a difficult period where we had to short-sale our home in the 4S Ranch area of San Diego. Our two lenders were extremely difficult to work with, however Scott and his group somehow made the process work for everyone involved.
