Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Elkhart, IN.
Scott help us sell our rental property that we have been trying to sell for several years. He put the time and dedication into helping us make the necessary updates and changes that would give us a better chance in moving the property. We had an offer with 2 months in a very flooded market of homes and closed on it 40 days or so later. I would definately go through him in the future to buy/sell a home.

Scott did an excellent job finding our dream house. He was there for us in every aspect of buying and closing of our house. He made us feel like we were #1 on his list. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with Scott.

Scott made the selling of our family home of 60 years less painful. He is very proffessional and kept us informed of each step of the transaction. I would recommend him to anyone that is thinking of selling or buying a home.

Sold a home in 2011.
We have listed four houses with Scott in the last year. We have been very happy with his performance. He has closed on one home and we are to have another closing in a couple of days, with an offer on a third home witch we are negotiating at this time. Scott does return calls and answers questions well. This must be why 3 out of four of our listings are sold.
