Bought a Vacant Land home in 2011 in Moneta, VA.
Wendy was wonderful to work with. No matter how crazy some of our situations became, she handled it perfectly and professionally. She is nice to work with and I learned a lot from her as we worked together. She always got back to us quickly and found info needed just as fast.

Sold a home in 2011.
Wendy Witt & Scott Fogleman made the selling of our home and buying of our new home the best. They called when ever they had news on anything. They went above and beyond what they needed to. No doubt that I will and have been telling every one I know about them. If I need anything in the future I will call them ASAP. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Bedford, VA.
Wendy and Scott were great to work with. Very professional, very up-front about everything, and right on top of their games when it came to the process. Buying this house was a complicated process, involving a divorce, settlement agreements, refinancing on my ex-wife's house, and a remote and somewhat unresponsive seller who was in the midst of his own crisis. Additionally, the lender on my side put us through a bunch of extra hoops about the appraisal and divorce papers, and my ex-wife's lender put us through a similar set of obstacles. Through it all, Wendy and Scott were knowledgeable and helpful, and the process would not have gone nearly as smoothly without them and their skills. Honest and fair to all sides of the transaction, they never missed a beat. I'd recommend them to anyone.
