We live in Roanoke, Va, and Scott did all the legwork long distance, so we had 5 properties to see when we arrived in Cherry Grove. We were looking for a property in North Myrtle/Cherry Grove/Little River area; Scott knows that area so well, he showed us only properties that fit our criteria in terms of max budget, number of bedrooms, etc. He was meticulous in responding to our needs, and always available when we had questions. His negotiating skills are superb - we put a rather lowball offer in on the 5th property he showed us, expecting a counter. However, Scott is such a masterful negotiator we got our condo for our original asking price, and within 8 hours of our offer! We have nothing but praise for Scott - we've recommended him to others who are considering buying property in N Myrtle Beach.

10 days. That's all it took. Our house sold for the full asking price in 10 days. As a former real estate paralegal, I'm very familiar with real estate transactions and how long houses can sit on the market, especially in 2012 when we sold! I attribute this success to Scott and his knowledge of the area. He priced our house exactly right and helped us work through other, lower offers until the full offer was made.
