Scott Smolen is the BEST! I'm very particular and I needed results..but without pressure. Scott was the Realtor for me - and he is for you, too. Scott was happy to show me all the houses I wanted, listened to my needs, remembered things I'd forgotten I'd told him I wanted, and when we ran into a sales agent who was a little lax in her response - he stepped in and talked directly to the builder for me! I'm in that house now. Better yet, I've moved in and Scott is still here with great recommendations for moving help, fence companies, handymen. Needless to say, I've already recommended other people to Scott and they've told me they are happy. I don't refer anyone lightly. I was a realtor in the mid-West before moving here and thought I knew a lot. Scott has the industry knowledge down pat and he grew up in the area - its in his blood. Don't sit and read this - call Scott!
