Scott Riddle proved to be as excellent as he proposed in our initial interview. He quickly developed an understanding of our needs as both a couple and individuals. Always refreshingly candid when necessary to keep us focused, a reality check if you will. We actually negotiated for two homes, one of which we walked from because we could not meet in the market place - and apparently this did not rattle Scott. He was on our side all way. We looked at a variety of homes, large, small, with land, without, even one Scott knew we would not like, but my husband insisted on seeing. Scott always made improvement suggestions if the property did not meet some of our key needs or enhancements that would transform the house into our home. - always recommending contracters along the way. He knows the area well. The selling agent struggled throughout the short sale process - Scott's tenacity got her and us through. Scott continued working through the closing. Extra visits to the house, inspections, insurance, financing - he worked any issue, answered every question until we were satisfied. He wowed us with these extra step; he vowed to work with us until we were in our home - true to his word. We recommend Scott to anyone seeking a home in the Bonita Springs - Naples markets.
