Whether you are in the market to buy or sell a home, it's important for you to get to know your broker on both a personal and professional level, so you can determine if you'll work well together. Feel free to continue reading below, or, if you'd prefer we meet in person, I'm happy to get together for a cup of coffee @ a place convenient to you. Course, if you like what you read below & are ready to jump right in, that's fine too.
I've been in the real estate business for over 20 years now. I feel the home buying process should be fun & as stress free as possible. My approach is quite different than most of my competitors. I see my role as a real estate advisor; not a salesperson. A salesperson is always trying to sell you something. A Real Estate Advisor is able to stay neutral throughout the process and will point out both the positives and negatives of each home. Ultimately, advising you whether a specific home is a good investment or not. I truly believe, "if I have to SELL you on a particular home, then it's NOT the RIGHT one for you." The home has to sell itself. You'll know when you've found the right home! Once you have, I will negotiate the best deal possible.
On a personal level, I'm a very patient & an easy-going person. I love what I do for a living. Married to an elementary school teacher and the proud father of two great kids. I studied the martial arts for over 15 years & enjoy passing along my knowledge to others. In my spare time, I enjoy teaching self-defense to the local boy & girl scouts as a community service. My sporting interests include: Golf, Sailing, Football, Baseball, Skeet, Formula 1 Racing, Racquetball & Volleyball. I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family & friends. Most of all, I love teaching my kids what life is all about. IF you think we would be a great fit for each other, give me a call. My cell phone #: 781-710-4251.
July 2013, my first book was published: "SALE PENDING," A Sixteen Step Guide to Buying Real Estate. April of 2014, 95.9FM Radio (WATD) did on-air interview & featured the book on their "House Call" show. This was a pretty cool experience for me. My book is available on Amazon.com & Kindle for purchase, but all of my clients receive a complimentary copy. Since the book came out, I've conducted various
First-time Home Buyer Seminars / book signings throughout the South Shore. Events are held upon request.
I truly believe, a person cannot fail if they are passionate at what they are doing! My mission is to always focus on my passion & allow it guide me along the path of life & success. I strive to provide my clients with a superior level of SERVICE and KNOWLEDGE rarely matched by my competitors.
