Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $825K in North Scottsdale, Scottsdale, AZ.

I had been looking for a home for quite a while – a little over two years to be exact. Two years is a long time, but Marc wasn’t impatient with me nor did he try to lead me into something that didn’t exactly fit my budget or taste. Location and views were very important to me. I was set up in a portal, but whenever Marc went into a home he thought I would like, he would email me. I think the most important thing is that over time I began to trust Marc’s judgment and never had to question any advice he gave me. He was truly a buyer’s broker for me; someone looking out for my best interests. In negotiating the price, he gave me credible comps and indicated a good price range; but more importantly, Marc supported me in the bidding process. I had forgotten how detailed closing could be, but each step and document was explained. A cumbersome and sometimes confusing process was made simple. I was so impressed with Trillium Properties that I referred them to my daughter when she sold her home. The exposure and presentation of the home was very professional. It was offered for sale at Trillium’s price range recommendation. It sold very quickly and very close to list price. My daughter loved working with them.  More Less

Bought a home in 2014.
