During our recent home search and purchase, Mr. Sansevero was professional while adding a highly appreciated personal touch to our home search. Specifically, he listened well to our property needs and tailored our searches, both online and in person, to those needs. As a result, our limited time spent house hunting in Parrish was well spent and highlly productive.
In addition, Mr. Sansevero provided us with usefull information about the community, and answered our questions about Parrish and surrouding regions quickly and completely. If an answer was not immediately available, he went the extra mile to obtain the invormation we required and forwarded it to us as soon as he received it.
He remained in constant contact with us to ensure the closing process took place smoothly and expeditiously.
Finally, once we closed on the property, Mr. Sansevero contacted us to ensure all was as expected and represented at closing.

My family recently went through the daunting process of purchasing a home offered as a short sale. Lou Sansevero was our partner every step of the way. Purchasing a short sale can be a long, often frustrating, process. However, with Lou's guidance we were able to successfully close the deal and simplify the process.
Our experience with Lou was terrific. He was in constant communication with us.
