Sean is an intellectual and professional realtor. His knowledge of the real estate business was an asset to my husband and me. Sean helped us start to finish with purchasing our new home. Although we had been looking at house since March 2012, Sean never gave up and always made himself available for his needy clients. I would strongly recommend him if anyone was planning on buying or selling a home.

My husband and I would have been lost during the short sale of our home had we not had Sean on our side. He was more helpful than I ever could have imagined. His communication was awesome. He kept us informed every step of the process. If I ever had a question, I could call, text or email him and he would get right back to me. He made us feel like we were his only clients, even though we knew he was very busy. He negotiated everything for us, dealing with the 1st and 2nd mortgage holders, the buyers and the title company. I never would have dreamt this process could go so smoothly. Not only did Sean put us at ease during this process, he even helped us to receive a $3,000 moving incentive in the negotiations. That was certainly an added, unexpected bonus! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Sean to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home. Details: Having worked in several capacities within the mortgage domain, Sean was able to provide us with well rounded counsel when we set out to buy our first home.

He also made some good recommendations to us when it came to picking the right team to close a deal, e.g. a lender agent, etc.

Also, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to the areas local and surrounding to Simi Valley, from a real estate perspective.

And most importantly, he has a great personality, is as easy going with his clients as he is aggressive in looking out for their real estate interests and goes out of his way to make your home buying experience as painless and fruitful as possible.
