WOW wow WOW. I can't say enough about Sean Forschler. You hear about realtors MOVING MOUNTAINS and making the IMPOSSIBLE HAPPEN in these cannot BELIEVE IT scenarios...but I had one---and Sean totally delivered. First he took me to over 20+ properties where we made offers of four. Then once I found my dream "must-have" property that was a bit out of my reach Sean helped me to negotiate and close an amazing deal using non-standard finance in a market where cash buyers were king. Better yet, Sean was delightful throughout the whole process--even after dealing with seemingly 100s of amendments and changes. Run, don't walk, if you get the chance to work with him. He's amazing...and a great laugh. I don't think or transaction lawyer / agent ever had such a comedic closing. Thank you so much Sean and I can't wait to sell my house with you in about 4-5 years. Get ready!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $325K in Langdon, Washington, DC.

Sean was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It took us less than a month between starting to look for houses and closing, and we are very happy with the result.

Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $600K in Adams Morgan, Washington, DC.

Sean did amazing work on the purchase of our new home in a complicated transaction involving multiple buyers and sellers on an accelerated timeline. Because of the additional pressure in this situation, it was wonderful working with someone who knew our building well and the seller of our property. Sean is professional and approachable, and was available to answer questions and to ensure that we had completed the right paperwork and took the right interim steps so we were all ready for closing, answering our (multiple) emails right away and even returning one call while on vacation. I really appreciated Sean's hard work to keep our stress levels low. Sean took care of arranging our title agent and after closing, we asked Sean for a recommendation for a painting company. Sean recommended a contracting company who did beautiful, reasonably priced repair work to the walls and wood molding and painting. Now that we're all moved in, we keep marveling at how everything went so well. I'd highly recommend Sean's services to other prospective homebuyers in DC. Thanks for everything, Sean!  More Less
