Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Byrd Park, Richmond, VA.
Sean was great to work with. I actually met him because he was the selling agent but, when I wasn't working with another realtor, he was immediately willing to help me. He really helped with our negotiations, answering any questions, referring me to contacts for inspections, etc. and has answered the phone every time I've called. He's also been available to meet me at my new house any time I've asked him :) His level of service is higher than I ever expected from a realtor, much less one I had just met and who was also working with the seller.
