As stated his local knowledge,process expertise,responsiveness,negotiating skills, are all 5 star. I am presently working w/Sean.and feel fortunate to do so. His knowledge of Virginia is that of a historian. He spent more than one afternoon just driving me around,and telling me the history of the development of Richmond VA. I made several offers on houses,and though they weren't accepted ( on fault of Sean's) Sean was always patient, and thorough. I recommend him highly.

Sean was great to work with. I actually met him because he was the selling agent but, when I wasn't working with another realtor, he was immediately willing to help me. He really helped with our negotiations, answering any questions, referring me to contacts for inspections, etc. and has answered the phone every time I've called. He's also been available to meet me at my new house any time I've asked him :) His level of service is higher than I ever expected from a realtor, much less one I had just met and who was also working with the seller. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone looking for a realtor to represent their best interests.
