Helped me rent a home.
We had been looking for a rental on our own and were becoming frustrated in the process. Then I saw reviews on Sean and sent an email to him, at 2:00 in the morning! By 8:00 a.m. that same morning Sean had responded. After finding out from us what we were looking for, Sean began sending us a block of listings to peruse through, and followed up with us, setting a meeting to begin showing us prospects that same weekend, around our busy schedule. Sean steered us to what has become home, even though it wasn't a listing through his office, and exceeded our expectations in what we thought was going to be a grueling experience. Bought a home in 2012.
Sean was extremely professional and helpful in locating and negotiating two purchases of income properties for us. He also managed the prep of the properties for us, screened and contracted with tenants at full asking price, and arranged move in to coincide with completion of renovations. Wow!

Sean is an amazing realtor. He's neither pushy or annoying. He makes it really easy to get a hold of him even after his work hours. He helped me out plenty of times when he was off work. Whenever I wanted property information he got it for me immediately. He has a lot of patience and does whatever he can to make you happy even when your renting and he gets hardly any commission.
