"Why You Should Choose Lee Fenton As Your Real Estate Agent in 5 Easy Points:" [Said a little tongue in cheek, but I really mean it.]

1. She knows the system. She's been doing this a long time and not only has all the contacts you'll ever need - from lenders to contractors - she knows how it works and prepares you to get your ducks in a row beforehand.

2. She knows you better than you know yourself. My co-buyers and I really had no clue what we wanted and in the end, Lee listened to everything we said and found us something totally different than we'd ever thought of and exactly what we needed. [I'm still amazed and grateful.]

3. She's fast and on top of it. As a first time home buyer we weren't the most attractive clients in the current, highly competitive market. So, Lee just made sure we were among the first to see houses as they came out.

4. She treats you fairly. It was our first house so we weren't coming at it with a huge budget. And you know what? Lee took trip after trip out with us to see house after house, replied to every email and question and helped walk us through the very complicated 401K rehab loan process with inspectors and contractors and was there to the very end. You'd have thought we brought a million dollar property from the care and attention she gave us.

5. She's just a straight up awesome person who won't lie to you. [I feel this point is self explanatory.]

And for the record, she'll be the first person I call when I'm ready to buy house #2.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $825K in North Queen Anne, Seattle, WA.

Lee knows Seattle and listens to her clients. She was able to zero in on the kinds of houses we were looking for, and saved us tons of time and frustration. In the end, she helped us to find a great house in a highly competitive market.

She works hard and went above and beyond the call with us on several occasions. At one point our closing was in trouble and Lee not only turned it around, she got us the house and saved us some money.

Lee is also a lovely person and a great guide to Seattle and I very much enjoyed driving around in the rain with her looking at houses.
