She is an advocate for her clients in both buying and selling situations, not only for pricing but also for informed advice in a multiple offer situation. I would unhesitatingly recommend her as an agent, whether you are buying or selling. She listens to her clients in terms of what they need and what they can afford. I can't say enough about Lee. I was part of a corporate relocation back to New York City and my company put me in touch with a few agents. Lee came in very prepared and with a wealth of industry knowledge. From the initial meeting all the way through close we found Lee to be responsive, pragmatic, and flexible with our home and sales situation.
We listed and sold our property in less than 60 days because we were priced properly and the home was presented well. All of this was done while we were 3,000 miles away and without the benefit of handling things locally.
