"Why You Should Choose Lee Fenton As Your Real Estate Agent in 5 Easy Points:" [Said a little tongue in cheek, but I really mean it.]

1. She knows the system. She's been doing this a long time and not only has all the contacts you'll ever need - from lenders to contractors - she knows how it works and prepares you to get your ducks in a row beforehand.

2. She knows you better than you know yourself. My co-buyers and I really had no clue what we wanted and in the end, Lee listened to everything we said and found us something totally different than we'd ever thought of and exactly what we needed. [I'm still amazed and grateful.]

3. She's fast and on top of it. As a first time home buyer we weren't the most attractive clients in the current, highly competitive market. So, Lee just made sure we were among the first to see houses as they came out.

4. She treats you fairly. It was our first house so we weren't coming at it with a huge budget. And you know what? Lee took trip after trip out with us to see house after house, replied to every email and question and helped walk us through the very complicated 401K rehab loan process with inspectors and contractors and was there to the very end. You'd have thought we brought a million dollar property from the care and attention she gave us.

5. She's just a straight up awesome person who won't lie to you. [I feel this point is self explanatory.]

And for the record, she'll be the first person I call when I'm ready to buy house #2.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $825K in North Queen Anne, Seattle, WA.
Lee knows Seattle and listens to her clients. She was able to zero in on the kinds of houses we were looking for, and saved us tons of time and frustration. In the end, she helped us to find a great house in a highly competitive market.

She works hard and went above and beyond the call with us on several occasions. At one point our closing was in trouble and Lee not only turned it around, she got us the house and saved us some money.

Lee is also a lovely person and a great guide to Seattle and I very much enjoyed driving around in the rain with her looking at houses.

Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Wallingford, Seattle, WA.
Lee had to jump to get us a condo on Stone Way! Time was a real issue and we purchased the condo in just ten days! Lee got on it and we just closed today! Wow, Lee is knowledgeable, experienced and knows the industry. She is conscientious, kind and professional. I would highly recommend Lee for any of your residential need in the PNW! Kevin O'Rorke.

Bought a home in 2014.
Lee made house hunting a breeze! Aside from being experienced, professional, patient, and friendly, Lee was able to listen carefully and successfully glean a collection of properties that she felt met our needs. As mentioned by a previous reviewer, she did not push properties; rather, she gave a list of the pros and cons as a way to help us sort through each experience. She was flexible in scheduling and willing to meet whenever worked best for us (typically weekday evenings and weekend days). She was helpful in gathering all of the essential information needed during the contract process and was always quick to follow-up in a timely manner. We bought a newly built home and there were multiple issues with the builder; Lee was thorough and quick in her ability to address the issues and help assist us through the closing process with ease. We would highly recommend Lee as an agent and will surely be utilizing her services in the future.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Lynnwood, WA.
Lee made house shopping easy for us. She understood what we were looking for and found homes to show us that we missed in our own internet searches. In fact it was one of the homes she found that we ended up purchasing. I appreciated that she didn't try to sell us on a home, but simply talked through the pros and cons of each property and if it was obvious the house wasn't right for us she was quick to move onto the next property. During the contract process she was excellent on follow through and got all our questions answered and any paperwork we needed from the seller in a timely manner. If you need an agent, give her a call.

Sold a home in 2013.
Lee has helped us sell our condo (after another agent failed) then our house (from 2000 miles away) then helped us purchase our next home (from 2000 miles away). Our most recent purchase was complicated by unusual issues and circumstances and she was able to help us navigate all of them with ease. We have found her to be experienced in both the Seattle area real estate market and also in negotiating with other agents/brokers. She was always willing to go the extra mile, especially given the fact that we were far away for both our recent sale and purchase (making sure our lights and water and trash were taken care of and taking a video of a home for us because pictures just wouldn't cut it). Most importantly, she has always been honest with us, even when it might mean disagreeing with something. We trust her as if she were family and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Lee is incredibly talented, knowledgeable and patient. She was willing to work with us on our schedule, and persevered through the listings and showing until we found the house that matched out lifestyle and criteria.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Pinehurst, Everett, WA.
We feel very lucky to have had Lee as our realtor guiding us through the process of buying our first home. I felt like she really took the time to get to get to know us, and didn't waste our time by showing us houses that didn't fit our criteria. She was the perfect combination of respectful and patient with us as we dismissed house after house as not being the right one. But after months of searching we finally found a property my husband and I both liked and Lee immediately swung into action. She negotiated well on our behalf and we closed in two weeks. I always felt that our best interests were her main focus. I highly recommend Lee.
