I am very grateful that Tyler Freed was my agent when my wife and I bought a home in Puyallup. Although he looks young, he has over a decade of experience which shined through during the buying process. I have a hectic work schedule and I am often away from home and/or any computers. Not only did Tyler help us find a home online, but he showed us the house we ultimately ended up buying on a late Sunday evening. He typed up the Purchase and Sale Agreement and I was able to view it and sign the offer and counter offers on my phone. Amazing!
Tyler Freed is exceptional in the fact that he believes he is most valuable after the Purchase and Sale Agreement is signed around. He coordinated and was physically present for the inspection. He spent three hours explaining what red flags we should look for and what issues are "deal killers" opposed to issues that are "nice to haves". For example, we got a thorough understanding of the different types of siding that are installed and available when and if we need to replace material in the future. After the inspection report was emailed he expertly negotiated fixes and concessions from the seller that we didn't think were possible. Tyler was confident the appraisal would come in at value for our VA loan (which calmed my wife's nerves) and it did with no issues.
All in all, I was impressed with Tyler Freed as my Realtor. I didn't have to take any time off of work and my wife felt confident in his expertise during the whole process. Both the price we paid and the concessions that were given to us were much better than we could have ever negotiated for ourselves. I have already recommended him to a close friend of mine and will continue to do so in the future.
