At our core Alex Pereira, the broker heading up our organization has over ten years in the financial and real estate industry.  He has extensive experience serving individuals and institutional clients.  He specializes in rooting deep value propositions to meet client needs by leveraging his team's extensive experience in the market.  His professional career has been focused on building long-term relationships with clients and meeting their needs by providing them with expertise, knowledge and service through a consultative approach.

Alex's educational background includes a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from New York Institute of Technology where he graduated Cum Laude.  He is presently attending The University of Michigan- Ann Arbor Ross school of business to obtain his MBA.  

Alex is a knowledgeable real estate investor/broker who started an alternative investment practice in Michigan.  He personally owns 18 investment homes which provide affordable housing to low-income families in the surrounding suburbs in Livonia, Garden City and Dearborn Heights.

He also owns and manages a property rehabilitation company which specializes in complete real estate renovations and property management solutions.  

He holds a Michigan Real Estate Brokers license and both a series 7 and 63 investment securities license.
