Property manage a home.
We have been associated with Tesa Morgan through her management of our property in Orange Beach, Alabama. Our experience has been both profitable and pleasant. Tesa is dedicated to serving her clients with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, knowledge, competence, and energy. Tesa will certainly represent us when we choose to sell our property.

Helped me rent a home.
My husband and I both retired a few years ago and wanted to spend more time on the AL gulf coast. We were fortunate enough to connect with Tesa on the internet. In response to our inquiry via internet, Tesa contacted us by telephone and found the perfect condo at the right location for us. Tesa met us upon arrival and showed us the condo. She checked with us a couple of different times during our 6 week stay, even taking us to lunch to discuss our satisifaction with the condo, and to be sure that all our needs there were being met. The following year, we again contacted Tesa, who arranged another 6-week stay for us at Admirals Quarters. This year we have contacted Tesa once again, and are looking forward to spending another wonderful month on the beautiful Alabama gulf coast. It has been a pleasurable experience working with Tesa over the past years. She puts every effort into finding just the perfect place for us to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful gulf coast.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Lillian, AL.
I live up in Washington state and inherited property in AL. Ms Morgan responded to my email questions within 12 hours. she said she does not go home until all inquireies are answered. She was a great help to me and of the four agents I have talked to in the area was by far the most professional

Sold a home in 2012.
ms morgan was very impressive in here knowledge of all aspects of real estate.and was quick to return calls to keep me informed.she did this deal when others said it could'nt be done.she is the best agent i have used in my 45 years of of selling and buying real estate. james raburn

We were extremely pleased with Ms Tesa Morgan' s expertise and willingness to assist us with our condo search. She and her associate were extremely knowledgeable and willing to help us in our condo search. We highly recommend her. I didn't rate Negotiation Skills because we didn't get to a negotiation phase in our interaction
