Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Wilmington, MA.
Rose was an amazing realtor! We found her online using the MLS website and couldn't have been happier with her work. We were first time home buyers and Rose walked us through the entire process. She explained everything step by step and made sure we understood the home buying process. We were very impressed with her excellent communication, knowledge of the market, and professionalism. Rose was so helpful and was a constant resource to us while finding a home, during negotiations, home inspection, and finally the closing on our new home! Rose Manni was a wonderful realtor and we would absolutely recommend her! Thank you Rose!

We connected, but it did not work out.
I worked with Rose Manni for finding a home in the Reading, Burlington, and Andover areas.
My wife and I are first time home buyers and Rose was the perfect match for us. She came through in every way and I would highly recommend her to those looking for a buyer's agent.
Due to our newness at the whole house-buying process, we had a million and one questions for Rose and she happily answered them no matter what the topic. We'd ask her about neighborhood quality, home condition, house price vs. house value and a plethora of other things; every time she'd have a helpful response.

Bought a home in 2012.
Rose is a very nice lady. This is the first time for me to buy my own home. Rose was always very patient to take us to see whatever house we would like to take a look. She was very responsive to deal with issues that came up in the process of buying home. Negotiation skill is excellent, I would definitely say, her effort and skill helped us get our dream home with the price that we did think it's a good price for a good purchase. Even after we moved in the new home, she dropped by to see us with lovely gifts. Without doubt, Rose is the best agent around in Burlington and surrounding area.

Rose was fantasic!! She helped us buy our first home in Burlington this year and sell our condo in Waltham. She made the process extremely easy for us and was there each step of the way to assist and answer questions.

Sold a home in 2011.
Rose Manni is a wonderful and very proficient real estate agent. My wife and I worked with her during the process of selling our home in the spring of 2011. Right from the first meeting we had with Rose, we knew that we were in good hands when it came to selling the house. Rose is very knowledgeable, professional, and ultra-hard working. She utlilized state-of-the-art techniques and web tools in marketing our home. At every step of the process, Rose offered invaluable tips and suggestions in getting our home ready for being listed on the market. Both my wife and I were super-impressed at the hard work and dedication that Rose exhibited during the selling process. Her hard work and preparation were largely instrumental in having our home sold at the first Open House at close to the listing value. Rose was also very helpful in the subsequent negotiations after the home inspection and helped close the deal with the buyer's agent.
Rose is also assisting us in purchasing our next home. We find her to be equally impressive, patient, and hard working as a buyer's agent as well. Bought a home in 2011.
Rose was amazing. Our transaction was complicated by the seller. The transaction almost fell through numerous times because of his unreasonable demands / expectations and his unrelenting / illogical stubbornness. Forcing this transaction through in spite of him took tremendous effort on Rose's part. I suspect that other real estate agents would have walked away. In fact, the seller's agent was so upset with her own seller that she did walk away from the transaction. Rose got us all across the finish line on her own. I cannot overemphasize how horrifically awful it was to work with the seller. Nor can I overemphasize how wonderful it was to have someone as gifted and attentive as Rose to help us through it all.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $525K in Billerica, MA.
Rose is a wonderful agent!!! We had a great time with her and she worked very hard to help us get our house ready for the market and to sell quickly. And that it did!! One open house and our house sold for over asking price! Rose is simply a marvelous agent!!! Her knowledge of the market and what is selling was fantastic! She also helped us get a boat-load of upgrades in our new house that we would have never thought to ask for!!! We highly recommend Rose to be your agent! You won't be disappointed!!!
