Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in San Antonio, TX.

Margaret's skills as a Realtor are advanced. She knows how to deal with all aspects of selling a home and/or finding a property for you.
She had 3 open houses for one of my properties, and although people in the industry frown on open houses, it showed me she wasn't just selling a house, but my house. I wasn't just a pay check at the end of the day.
Being pro-active, genuine and having a great personality is what makes her one of the best in the business.
She sold my house in about 40 days.

Bought a home in 2012.
We just closed on our fourth house in our lives; point is we’ve used other agents before. Margaret showed us many houses that ran the spectrum, from foreclosed to short sale. We finally found the perfect house from a private sale. That said we put up multiple offers, and withdrew a few when the banks were taking a long time. Margaret remained patient, heck she was upbeat and positive, and ready to go find more houses. Since we lived 1200 miles away, she would video the houses or we could conference through Skype. She arranged inspections, and received our keys for the closing. She is totally customer focused (she always returned phone calls right away....I was totally blown away with her responsiveness), and will no doubt be a successful real estate professional. She doesn't have all the answers, be she knows were to go to get them. There was a question about one of our deals about our deposit, she quickly got us on a conference call with her broker who has solid legal experience, and we devised a plan forward, was worked out perfectly. I can go on and on, but will end with after all the service we got, closed our deal on a house we only saw through video, when I showed up to see the house is was just as I expected. We couldn't be happier, and we got the 1% back that we applied to the closing. Use Margaret and you will be impressed with here dedication to you.…More Less
