Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $175K in Brightwood Park, Washington, DC.
In 2009-2010 I was on a mad dash to buy a place in DC and really needed someone to help me navigate the terrain. Kim was really good about sending listings that fit my needs and moderating expectations about pricing and time tables. She's really level headed and helped bring me back down to earth when I got really excited about places that I told her were outside of my price range or when I got discouraged by missing out on a place that someone had just placed a bid on. I eventually bought a place in a neighborhood I was not really considering, but that she told me about in the first few weeks of looking. So after 50+ condo viewings and over 4 months of searching, I bought my place! And it's been awesome. I love the neighborhood and I was really pleased with the price I paid, esp since the place has appreciated quickly since then. Sold a home in 2009.
Ms. Fallin was a wonderful realtor, we met on a walk in basis and from the first shake of the hand she went to work. Kimberly was chosen after interviewing 3 other realtors for selling my Capitol Hill property. Upon arriving to the interview, she presented the companies sales information and mission statement, and a complete work up of the properties in the area that had been placed on the market. Not only was she prepared to begin working on selling our investment; the most impressive attraction to her style was her active listening skills. She answered all of our questions and took our ideas and incorporated them into her sales strategies. Kimberly went over and beyond expectations during what turned out to be a fast and flawless sale.
