Bought a home in 2013.
Kerrick helped us to purchase a condo. He has excellent knowledge of the local market. He followed through on everything and kept us posted on the progress. I would highly recommend Kerrick to anyone.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Solana Beach, CA.
So...here is my story. I am a Canadian living down in Solana Beach, California. I have three kids and desperately wanted them to grow up with all the awesome experiences I did being raised in the Rocky Mountains. Mammoth was obviously a great town and mountain, but I assumed that it was going to be out of my price range for a vacation home. please keep in mind as you read this that I am a seasoned investor with many rental properties and, as a result, have dealt with my share of both good and bad realtors. I actually cold called Kerrick along with three other agents. Kerrick was the fourth agent that I spoke with. Hands down, he was the OBVIOUS choice after conversing with him. He is a super informative guy and knows the Mammoth market exceedingly well. If I ever had a question about a property, he would get back to me IMMEDIATELY. He actually talked me out of a couple of properties because he felt they were not at the correct price point. You know what? He was absolutely right on the money! He called me personally one morning and told me of a property that he knew would not last for longer than a day unless we acted fast. We STOLE THE PLACE. Two days later, there were three back up offers! We just closed last week and we COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! Thank you Kerrick! You absolutely rock! I would tell anybody that is interested in the Mammoth market you would be making a BIG mistake if you did not use Kerrick to find you're dream vacation home!!!

Sold a Condo home in 2013 in CA.
Working with Kerrick was excellent in every respect. Great advice on sale price, which quickly brought a buyer. Then, Kerrick was on top of the process every step of the way, and always offered great advice on how to get through buyer contingencies. Kerrick's communication skills and responsiveness were at a very high level. In the end the deal closed early, and was highly satisfactory is every way. Highly recommended!

Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Mammoth Lakes, CA.
Our family decided to purchase a home in Mammoth and contacted a few agents none of whom took us serious. Kerrick was amazing and responsive. Just the best. We found a house in 2 days and closed in 20. He did it all with a smile! Would let him sell and buy for us anyday.

Bought a home in 2013.
I contacted Kerrick when I saw a property I was interested in on the Coldwell Banker website. From the start he was prompt and helpful. 5 weeks later, the deal is done and I am very happy with my purchase. Kerrick got everything done in a timely manner, and always got back to me right away. I highly recomend him and would use him again.

We had a bad experience with our lender and Kerrick remained patient, supportive and informative throughout the protracted process. He helped us communicate with the lender in order to push things through more quickly. We would definitely recommend him to others.

My search for a place in Mammoth was difficult not only due to the lack of inventory, but also because of the fact that I live 5hrs away. Kerrick did a great job acting as my eyes and ears in town and once I found a place that I liked he played an instrumental role in closing the deal. His advice was honest and fair, and his line of communication was always open. Even during the times when not much needed to be done there was always a status update to make sure we didn't worry about being kept out of the loop. I would definitely recommend Kerrick to anyone looking to purchase property in the area...

Professional. Precise. Competent. Thorough. Pleasant. Responsive. Friendly. Reliable. Knowledgeable. Kerrick was highly recommended by a friend who bought two Mammoth condos from him in 2012 & was very pleased. This Mammoth property was our first purchase in a city in which we did not reside. Risky? You bet! The reputation of the realtor we chose was paramount as we had to rely on his knowledge of the area to competently guide us with our choices. He quickly directed me to properties within the price range I provided. Once our choice was made, he quickly had the forms ready for us to sign. He subscribes to DocuSign which enable electronic signing of forms eliminating printing then faxing them to him. That saved so much time and inconvenience as I did not always have access to a fax machine to return the signed forms. He made extra trips to the condo in our absence. I needed pictures to post on the internet for potential renters to see, but I am four & a half hours away. How was I going to do that? Well, Mr. Helton was there for me. Within a day, he emailed me 77 pictures! Unbelievable!! He also recommended and met a subcontractor at the condo so some work we wanted done could be done without us having to be there. He deserves kudos for going WAY above and beyond what would normally be thought to be his usual & customary responsibilities. I'd like to clone him to help us no matter where our future purchases may be. He certainly set the bar high. It will be very tough to find any other realtor who will come close to Kerrick. Whether you live in the area or not, & are considering a purchase in Mammoth do yourself a favor. Trust Kerrick to guide you with your real estate transactions. He is more than a realtor, he became a trusted friend. Thanks a million Kerrick! The Bakers in Bakersfield.

Kerrick helped me sell my condo in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Due to the state of the market, the process ended up taking longer and more work then either of us expected. Kerrick stayed positive and helpful the entire time. I was out of town for the majority of the time and he made the paperwork very easy through emails and fed ex. He was always available and quick to respond to any and all questions. My condo is now sold and there is no way I could have done it without his help. I would highly recommend working with Kerrick Helton! Thanks again!

Sold a Multi Family home in 2013 for approximately $975K in Mammoth Lakes, CA.
Kerrick was the listing agent, representing us on the sale of our home in Mammoth Lakes. He was extremely professional and did not hesitate to go out of his way to provide the utmost customer service. He is detail oriented and seems to pride himself on getting everything right. He is very personable and genuinely cares about his clients. He also demonstrated an excellent rapport with other agents in town. I felt very reassured to have him representing us and the best interests of our property.
