Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in The Fan, Richmond, VA.
Chris communicated quickly and helped us to get successfully through multiple difficulties encountered in the purchase process. Chris is very familiar with older houses in the Fan and was able to offer many insights into the ownership of an older home. Long after the purchase was finalized, Chris helped us to get in touch with inexpensive contractors.

I worked with Chris when i was looking to move to the Richmond area. I have lived in Williamsburg for many years, but was not familiar with the Richmond area. Chris worked with me to understand the area and find me a location perfect! It was right downtown, and in walking distance to shops and eateries. Great Experience!

Chris kept in contact with us and was willing to help in any way. He is very knowledgable in the area and responded very quickly. My husband and I decided to stay in the area we are in so we did not need further help.
