    Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Biggs, CA.
    I've worked with Sarah Becker on both sides of the table.

    As an investor I've dealt with her as the buyer of several properties she represented. She did such a good deal negotiating for her sellers I listed several properties with her.

    I've found her to be extremely knowledgeable, returns phone calls and texts quickly even outside of normal business hours. She knows real estate values and has the contacts to bring properties up to their maximum sales potential. She's not afraid to tell you what she feels is in your best interest, at the risk of hurting your feelings.

    I may not always agree with her but have found it in my best interests to follow her suggestions.

    Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Yuba City, CA.
    If you want someone that is competent, knowledgable, and has a sense of urgency with your short sale, DO NOT hire SARAH BECKER. Her unprofessional and incompetent real estate team dropped the ball and did not turn our offer in to Wells Fargo on time (we had twelve offers on our house). As a result, we lost our house. They had the low ball offer they needed on Saturday to stop the trustee sale, however they waited until Monday evening to turn the offer in. We lost our house the next morning and they didn't even have the decency to contact us.…More Less

    Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $425K in Browns Valley, CA.
    Sarah assisted me in finding our home in Browns Valley, CA. I had worked with several other real estate agents prior but hadnt been able to find what we were looking for. Sarah personally knew most of the homes listed and many that were not yet listed. within 2 weeks we found our dream home and Sarah was able to advise us on making an offer that got accepted after some minor negotiations. We know we got a great deal on our home and we most importantly Sarah found us exactly what we were looking for quickly!
