Trader Joes in Maple Valley?

Fred Meyers is opening in Maple Valley in 2010. It is possible they may shutdown the QFC when they do, as they own QFC. They did it simultaneously when they built in Sumner also. I do believe FM owns the land in front of TRM at 4 corners. I would think if TJ did move into the area, it would be split towards Covington.
