I applied for a refinance at New Penn Financial and got approved for 3.25%, submitted all the documents they required from me but everytime I open my email there is always a new document they wanted me to submit. Until after 4 months waiting, which they said will only take about 2-3 weeks to process, they increased my rate to 4.0% because I did not have enough asset! Also, I got an email from the loan originator that even if I applied to another bank I will not get my Closing done because "I did not have enough asset"!!

I applied at SEMPER HOME LOANS then and DAN FOGG gave me a decent rate and worked with me on a very timely manner. He was responsive to my queries, and was very helpful in the process. He was true to his words. I got the closing done in less than 3 weeks! You rock Dan!
