Bought a home in 2011.
We closed a house last month in West Cary. Without hesitation I can say that Joe is the best realtor and can recommend to any one at any time. He is the most experienced, highly knowledgable in Triangle area real estate. Our search was for for about 6 months, exchanged more than 300 emails, he was always prompt. Really very positive experience.

Bought a home in 2011.
Joe is an excellent Realtor! We just moved into our first home and working with Joe really helped us a lot in making right decisions. Our first home purchase was made easier because of Joe. He has vast knowledge about the RTP area and very good with customer. I would highly recommend Joe.
