I began to work with Seth in October 2014. It's now January 2015, and things just didn’t work out. Due to lack of communication, poor responsiveness, unreliability (yes, he canceled showings at the last minute several times), very unprofessional and not tasteful with an e-mail that was not client/agent appropriate, I didn’t think he was the best to represent me. I think he carries a heavy workload and trying to handle various transactions at once, provides delay to others. In the future, he is definitely NOT an agent that I would recommend to anyone. I would suggest doing research on an agent or obtaining referrals prior to selecting. Unfortunately, I failed to do so and went with the first agent that contacted me online. I truly learned a lesson from that.
Thank you for review, this is my first bad one. I will say that I put about 2000 miles on my car to help this buyer over 3 months as she was looking in a county that was 60-70 miles one way for me. Never cancelled but postponed well ahead of time because taking her to see property was an all day thing and sometimes, as a person with a life outside of this 1 client , I couldn't afford to devote an entire day. I do have other clients. That is why I am a busy agent. She saw every property she wanted to. On our 4th offer submitted (Sandi did not win the other 3), I advised her on how to respond to a counter. You see, her loan required 60 days to close (sellers frown upon that), she refused and without me knowing, contacted the listing agent when I had already submitted everything, only for him to become angry with me. I kindly fired her and offered to refer her to another agent, she was angry and wrote the review. Best of luck
