Bought a home in 2012.
Seth was our buyers agent for a home we just purchased. It was a Freddie Mac sale and Seth was very knowledgeable about the entire process.
Seth is full of integrity, good humor, good ideas and he gets the job done. This was our first home purchase and he answered all of our questions about the contract and his services, got comparable listings and just generally supported our neuroses! I loved that he was technologically adept and texted and emailed responses almost immediately. He was in constant contact because that is what we wanted. We also signed all our documents electronically which saved so much time.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in West Bench, Boise, ID.
Seth was always available whenever we called or had a question. He would stay in touch with us throughout the closing process and provide any information we required.
