Sold a Townhouse home in 2013 in Baltimore-Linwood, Baltimore, MD.
Jennifer is a joy to work with and made the entire process of selling our home delightful. She explained everything in detail and she worked to ensure that we understood all aspects of the process. She made what can be a particularly challenging time into a straight-forward and enjoyable experience. She is well-organized and communicates effectively. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Baltimore area.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Perry Hall, MD.
If you are trying to find a great real-estate agent look no further then Jennifer Holden. Jen is an awesome real-estate agent! How awesome could she be? Well we are inviting her to our wedding.
My fiancé and self where first time home buyers. Jen was able to make the entire experience highly enjoyable. It was evident that Jen was a highly qualified agent throughout the entire experience. She truly tailors the experience to each buyers needs.
Her implementation of technology is superb. Before I met Jen I spent countless hours searching for house. Jen was able to save us a lot of time by setting up and automated daily home search that would send emails to us whenever a potential house would come on the market. She also used cloud storage to allow us to preview documents. The last great piece of technology that Jen used that we enjoyed was electronic document signatures. I truly appreciated the use of technology, but Jen did not force us to use it. Everything is optional which is a part of Jen's Holden's tailored real-estate experience.
As anyone would know who has looked at houses, sometimes it takes a while. At no point in time did we believe that Jen was pressuring us to settle on a home that we did not want. At times I even felt bad about running her around so much, but she never lost any of her energy during our home buying experience.
For our next home, hopefully not for a while since our current home is perfect for us, we will definitely going back with Jen. I firmly believe that because of Jen's flexibility she can help assist in reaching all of your home buying dreams no matter if you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned veteran. It is without hesitation that we give Jennifer Holden our highest level of recommendation.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Baltimore, MD.
Jen was a total delight to work with. From the first day we met at the first house we looked at to the closing of our home, she was always available and responsible. She is very resourceful and always provided answers to any questions we had.
She is always very calm and composed even during stresful situations, always looking for solutions to whatever roadblocks we encoutered.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Annapolis, MD.
Jennifer Holden is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable and very good at making recommendations as well as bringing things to our attention that we would have never thought of. She's very strong at moving a sale through the entire lifecycle while making sure every "I is dotted and T crossed." She is personable, approachable and very easy to work with. She is always calm and in control even under very stressful circumstances. I highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Found a tenant for a Apartment home in Union Square, Baltimore, MD.
Jennifer listed the home for rent, showed it to prospective tenants & arranged showings for other agents, and ensured the home got the necessary exposure to find a qualified applicant. She also helped me with the evaluation process from application to lease signing. She worked well with the tenants' agent and was able to negotiate a longer lease period. Her understanding of Baltimore City rental registration and MD lead paint requirements helped the process go smoothly. She has helped me sell and rent other properties in the past and I would not hesitate to work with her in the future.

Sold a home in 2012.
I have contracted with Jennifer as a seller's agent twice in the past year and a half. She has done a wonderful job both times. Each situation had its own set of complicated circumstances, yet that did not deter Jennifer from giving 100% of her time, expertise and patience in ensuring everyone's needs were met for a smooth sale.
Jennifer provided a very detailed listing plan which included a complete marketing package geared towards the areas that i was selling the houses in. She was very helpful with all of the extraneous things that need to get done during the process of preparing, listing, showing, selling and closing on a house. This was invaluable to me as a single mom and full time government employee in a highly stressful line of work.
I would definitely recommend Jennifer Holden to friends and family and plan to use her in the future for any of my buying/selling needs.

Helped me rent a Condo home in Annapolis, MD.
Jennifer helped us locate a property in Annapolis. We were initially looking to purchase a condo, but switched to rental because of availability. We looked at many properties and within 30 days found the perfect place. The timing was important as we sold our house within 2 days.
